Support.apple.com/mac/startup message after Macbook Air 2017 SSD upgrade

Hi. I recently upgraded a 2017 Macbook Air from a 128Gb SSD to a Western Digital SN550 500 NVME 500GB, and running MacOs Big Sur 11.5.2.

It intermittently shows support.apple.com/mac/startup after the Macbook sleeps and with lid closed. Then would have to restart and prompt "Your computer was restarted because of a problem.

Has anyone encountered same problem? What are the workarounds? I already fresh installed Big Sur, but still experiencing this issue.

Thanks!

Hello Dennis Brian! Thank you for participating in the Apple Support Communities.

We understand that after upgrading the SSD for your Mac, it's intermittently displaying a message after waking, and saying that your Mac restarted because of a problem. We'd like to look into this with you to see how we can help.

If your display matches any of the displays shown at If your Mac doesn't start up all the way, you should follow the guidance shown under that section. The following article has steps for what to do when you get the error message that your Mac started because of a problem: If your Mac restarted because of a problem

Make it a great day!
