no refund for subscription

hello, yesterday the subscription was withdrawn due to the fact that I forgot to cancel the subscription. requested a refund, but nothing came, writes (The funds were returned to the account from which the purchase was made.)

iPhone 11, iOS 14

If you used this procedure:--> Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support , Apple will judge (and let you know, generally within 48 hours via email) if your request for a refund is eligible.
