My iPhone 11 will not charge. And I have used Apple care on it more than a couple times and they said I can’t do nothing unless I buy a new one so I’m not sure why I even bought apple care. But any charger I use it will not charge.

If you already tried (to no avail) ALL the steps provided in this support article:--> If your iPhone or iPod touch won't charge - Apple Support, it might be an internal hardware problem.
Only Apple Technicians (at an Apple Store or Authorized Service Provider) can investigate about that.
As far as Apple Care Plus Protection Plan, your coverage is just for 2 accidental events per year.
