I’m an iphone 12 mini user and I already bought more storage of icloud(2TB) today, all data occupy 190 GB but photos and videos isn’t being uploaded to icloud yet. And it says it’s because of not enough icloud storage. What do I have to do?

To start, check and make sure the purchase of your iCloud Storage upgrade went through as expected: Upgrade your iCloud storage plan You should see the change immediately once upgraded. You may also want to restart your iPhone. Sometimes a restart can help resolve issues: Restart your iPhone
If you have plenty of storage, and the restart didn't help, contact Apple Support.
