My camera option toolup in the Notes app, so I can not scan a document
My camera option tool bar does not show up in Notes app, so I can not scan a document.

It sounds like you're not seeing the camera option in the toolbar for the Notes app, and we're happy to help. Are you checking the bottom of the screen? Please try creating a new note to see if there is a camera icon. If you're still having trouble, you should contact Apple Support using this link:
