I can't unlock my face ID because there is a problem with my TrueDepth camera, how do I fix it?

If there’s not something obscuring the TrueDepth camera view and that can be cleaned off (check and clean the whole “notch”), contact Apple Support using the Get Support link in the upper right of this webpage, and discuss your options and alternatives with Apple.
