We see that you're having some trouble with audio unless it's on the speaker.

Check out these resources for some help with this issue: If you can't hear a person on a call or voicemail or if the sound isn't clear on your iPhone. These steps can also help with isolating the issue: If you hear no sound or distorted sound from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch speaker.
