Hi, I have just purchased the dual sim iPhone 11 and need to transfer data across from my two old phones onto the new phone.
One phone is an adroid phone and one is a very old iPhone.
Which one should I set up first?

Pick one. Apple migration tools don’t and can’t merge multiple existing phones into one new phone. The other phone will have to be merged manually. Or you’ll have to migrate one and selecting data migration into iCloud, then wipe the iPhone (and not wiping iCloud) and migrate the other. That’ll end up with the settings from the last migration, and with contacts and related data from both uploaded into iCloud. If you’re migrating from Android and iPhone, I’d probably migrate the iPhone second, as that’ll leave you with the iPhone settings for your configuration. It’ll still be messy…
