Enabling Camera & Microphone Access

I have been using my phone for Instagram Snapchat and TikTok and now all of a sudden it wants me to enable the camera and enable the microphone but when I go to the settings, there is nowhere for me to enable it. I go into privacy > camera and there is nothing located in that section except for ‘app clips’ which leads nowhere. Please help me find out how to re-enable the camera and microphone on all those apps for I did not do anything to cause this.
