My Apple watch SE 40mm doesn’t sync my e-mail. I’m using the Apple mail app. The Outlook app works great and this problem doesn’t occur.
I already unhook the watch from my iPhone. The mail app started to sync again. But after a week the same problems occur.
A bit strange and also very annoying.

Some additional information will be helpful to isolate possible causes and increase the chances of receiving a helpful reply to your post. Are the emails in question still syncing to your paired iPhone? Are you missing the notifications or the actual messages on your Apple Watch? Are you able to send emails as expected using your Apple Watch, and are the softwares on all devices fully up-to-date per Update your Apple Watch and Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch?

Another suggestion we'd like to make is to try connecting your Apple Watch directly to Wi-Fi. Our page Connect your Apple Watch to Wi-Fi covers that process. If the behavior continues with a direct Wi-Fi connection, please use Get Support to connect with our support directly to investigate further.

The iPhone syncs e-mail just fine.
offcourse all devices are up to date with the latest updates.
On the AppleWatch I miss the complete messages.
Yesterday I noticed it took ages to synchronize the e-mail on the AppleWatch and after multiple, at least 20+, try’s it eventually works.
Synchronizing on my iPhone just took a couple of seconds.
Do I need to keep it on wifi like this?
