Still happens

and its a brand new unit,

did reset , hard restart ,still happening

iphone ghost touch Hi everyone, ok so this might sound strange but I was wondering if anyone else has this problem?! I have a iphone XR that I cracked around December. Just recently during quarantine, so the past few months I have been having the “ghost touch” issue as well as the whole left side of my screen not picking up touch for example not being about to press the back button in the top left as well as the A key. Something else I found strange is that some days it works perfectly fine but others it is so bad! I was wondering if you all think that getting the screen fixed will fix the issue or now seeing that when my screen was cracked for awhile it didn’t have issues. Also, I have done a factory reset, reset all settings, took off the screen protector just about everything I could think of. Thanks! :)

[iPhone Xs] Unresponsive screen/Ghost touch Hello, It has been a few months now that my iPhone has been acting up.... As the title mentions, it is subject to unresponsive parts of the screen (as shown in the image below) or sometimes ghost touches (typically just under the unresponsive area through the entire width of the screen). Very rarely does my screen work without problems (it does happen) and the area in question is not always the same (the height of it varies throughout the days). My screen does not have any cracks on it and nothing out of the ordinary happened to my iPhone, it just started doing this out of the blue one day. I have also tried many "tricks" to fix it. That is: Getting it through recovery mode, updated the software to the latest version, reset all settings, factory reset the entire phone. Despite all of this it didn't help. I am desperate for help. If you know of anything that can fix this please let me know :)

Take it back to where you bought it and have it replaced.
