Please I got a new iPhone 12 pro Max and some of the microphone isn't active, I can do video and get sounds back but when I do WhatsApp calls and voice notes I am not heard at all and my voice recording doesn't give any sound too

If the issue persists, make an appointment and have your device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> Apple – Location Selector
After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.
