Voice problem

I cannot hear when I call someone

and vice versa

also when someone try to call me on WhatsApp

it appear as connecting

and not connecting until end

also I cannot record voice notes or video in WhatsApp

And it required restarting iPhone

for all cases but no thing goes on

but I can do it via camera
