Software update 14.7.1 and notifications

I recently up dated software to 14.7.1 on my iPhone. Immediately afterwards I stopped getting notifications for practically every app. Imessenger works but that’s about it. Notifications from ‎WhatsApp, Instagram, email and every other app stopped working.

On the iPhone >> Setting >> Notifications and re-enable the missing ones.
