Not getting notifications

I updated some apps yesterday on my iPhone 7. Then I was not getting notifications. I saw that there was an update 13.4.1, still not receiving notifications (other than iMessage) when phone is locked.

I have checked notification settings in my iPhone and in the apps. I have checked for DND. I have restarted my phone numerous times.

I reset my phone.

this has been extremely frustrating.
