Reprinting a document
I returned something a few weeks ago; retailer shows no proof. I need to reprint the shipping label that I printed 2 weeks ago? Is this possible? I see it but it won't let me save or reprint? Help!

It seems you’re trying to re-generate a past shipping label using the shipper’s website/program. That’s most likely impossible if you originally created it without an account. It explains the strange behavior you’re seeing.
This is not a printing issue. Contact the shipper, they might be able to help you further. Good luck!
