Hello fadi246,

Thanks for reaching out to Apple Support Communities. It sounds like you're having an issue with the Face ID feature on your iPhone. We're happy to help.

We recommend starting with the steps here: If Face ID isn't working on your iPhone or iPad Pro This includes ensuring the latest update is installed and navigating to Settings > Face ID & Passcode to confirm the feature is turned on.

If you're still seeing the message, there may be a hardware issue which you'll want checked out by a technician. View details and links to help find an Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider near you here: If an alert says Face ID has been disabled on your iPhone or iPad Pro

Cheers!
