Support calls

I received several automated phone calls say they were from Apple and I am not to sign into my account because it has been hacked. Does Apple make automated calls like that? Also my phone has been doing weird things, light the apps light up one by one for a few seconds almost like the wave is going through my phone. It freezes up constantly, and half the time I can’t get into my apps. I have to constantly restart my phone in order for it to work properly and my battery does not hold a charge for very long. I have a iPhone 7s.
