If see an error when update Iphone. An unknown error occurred (4000)

i already several time to update my Iphone but an unknown error occurred (4000).

i update using itunes at my notebook window 10

Make sure you are using the latest iTunes for windows.

If you still have problems, temporarily disable Passcode on the phone.
