11 pro max hurting my hand And wrist

My phone is so heavy but I can’t upgrade for a year. It’s giving me shoulder and wrist problems. Is there anything I can do to help! Maybe attach something to it. I use it on the move and in bed working a lot ie not at a desk. Thanks!

iPhone saying screen too close when phone far from face On my iPhone XR the phone will say phone screen too close and I have to stretch my arm so long for it to proceed. Anyone else got the same thing or not?

See a doctor. And get a lighter phone, such as a 12 Mini or an SE.
