Locked iCloud note disappeared after removing the lock.

I had a locked note synced with iCloud that just vanished the moment I removed the lock via my iPhone.

It is not recoverable through an iCloud backup. Nor did it go to the Recently Deleted folder that shows after you delete a note. The note just literally vanished from all of my devices. This is a note that I have used and added information to for years. Almost all of the information was stored no where else. I checked my MacBook, iCloud.com, and did a search via the Notes app on my iPhone. Gone everywhere.

Any ideas on how this note could be recovered?

For anyone in the future who has this same issue, Apple Support was able to recover 30 days worth of Notes even if they had been deleted from the Recently Deleted folder. When they did that for me, the note that just vanished was restored to that folder (even though it never went there when it vanished). So that's good news!
