How do I play iTunes movie on my Windows 10?
I tried pretty much everything I could find. I at first expected itunes to be able to cast to TV via chromecast, so I foolishly rented a movie. After finding out I can't cast anything to the TV that won't cost more than $40, I just got the iTunes app on my Windows 10 and signed into my apple ID. After 1 hr 30 minute download, the movie will have the audio, but only shows a glitchy grey-ish screen.
I've tried to change the definition to Standard Definition, and messed with the quality, but nothing changes. I've even performed a hard reset of my gpus, both of which are up-to-date. I restarted my computer and even went as far as to re-download the movie which took another 1 hr 30 minutes. My download speed is horrendous, ik, but I just want a fix for this weird glitch. Not to mention I have tried converting to mp4, and I have used different media players, which just show screenshots of the movie instead of the grey pixelated screen from itunes player. It seems nobody has reported anything like this, because when I look it up, they describe just a grey screen or a green screen. Mine is a lot more colorful, and I could not find a solution to this. My laptop runs quite fast, and I keep it in good shape, so it's not my laptop being slow either.
As a college student, $4 rental is expensive to me. I just wanted to have a movie I could watch with my mom since I am visiting for labor day weekend. Any help at all would be appreciated so I can know for next time.
