Start Apple Watch activity date on Sunday instead of Monday

Has anybody found a workaround for this that actually works. I’m soooooooooo frustrated that I do not have the option to choose to change the start date for my activity on my watch to Sunday. This is so ridiculous especially because the Fitbit has that option, so it cannot be that difficult for Apple to do. Plus all the money I spent on this watch, I should have that option. I start my week on Sunday for everything, so this really REALLY makes me mad. I’ve tried all

the so called workarounds (trying to change the language, region, etc.) and of course NOTHING works. I just had to vent my frustration cause I know this is not on the top of Apple’s list right now.
