iPhone storage

I was notified that my iPhone’s storage is full, so I quickly opened the storage and realized the Other (cache and logs) has covered up about 90% of the storage. I’ve tried my possible best to clear that, deleting every app, erasing all contents but still to no avail. Any help?

Storage i own a iphone XR with 64 Gb i keep getting a message that my storage is full i need to free up space but i’ve deleted every app possible even apps that come pre added to the device and it doesn’t change i still receive that message. i know the phone is a bit out dated but should that be happening ? can someone help me ?

I'm assuming you meant 14.7.1. If I am wrong you need to update your iPhone. If not, connect it to your computer and restore your iPhone.
