‘You must enable cookies to sign in’

So I’m a BSN student who bought the iPad 12.9 yesterday to access easy scheduling, reading and note-taking resources. All has been good on this device accept accessing my ebooks as it shows I have to allow cookies through safari. I have unblocked cookies, turned the device on/off a couple of times but still can’t access my ebooks. I need help or I’m gonna return this device since it’s not worth the money!

Single Out Safari:

Try using a different Web browser (ie.e. Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome), seeing if you still ge this error. Get both right in the App Store.


Contact the Web Master:

It is common for Safari to not work with Educational Institutions (i.e. colleges). So, contact the Web Master, as they are the one who manage the school network and accessibility.

You are certainly welcome to return your device for a full refund if done within 14 days of purchase. That decision will be completely yours.

I am not sure why Safari is not working for your school purposes. You have enable cookies, however are still unsuccessful. My recommendation is to download and try another browser from the App Store. Try Google Chrome and see whether that resolves the issue.
