The panic log shows you don't have the latest Big Sur updates installed. Make sure to install all of the latest Big Sur updates to see if that resolves your issue.

The Kernel Panic is referencing the process from the Telegram app and the last loaded driver is for SMB which usually indicates file Sharing so either of these two items may be the source of the problem. It is really hard to troubleshoot with just a single Kernel Panic log file. Try posting several other Kernel Panic logs if they are available. These logs can be found in "/Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports" where the file names begin with "kernel" and end in ".panic".

Try running the Apple Diagnostics to see if any hardware issues are detected.

If after installing all the latest Big Sur updates you still have the Kernel Panics we can look for other possible software issues run EtreCheck and post the report here using the "Additional Text" icon which looks like a piece of paper. If you give EtreCheck "Full Disk Access" the summary of the recent logs will also be included. This is only necessary if you keep getting Kernel Panics after installing all of the latest Big Sur updates.
