Can't hear and be heard when on call with my iPhone 7 Plus

You might want to:

Check your privacy settings to ensure FaceTime can use your microphone and speakers.

Every time I FaceTime my friends I can’t hear them or they can’t hear me and when I try to talk to sari she will just shut off not the phone the sari button
