Macbook Air Keyboard Layout Choice

Hi, I own a macbook pro 13" late 2015 with a spanish & catalan keyboard layout. I'm about to buy a new Macbook Air M1 and not sure which keyboard layout to choose: Spanish & Catalan or Spanish (latin america) since I have some symbol keys in a position that maybe could be improved by choosing the latin american layout.

I couldn't find any screenshots of these two keyboard layouts to clarify my choice.

Could someone past a link to both configurations?

There are some posts around here with some "generic" screenshots but the position of \ ^ | symbols is not shown.
