Why is my Apple TV lagging and slower than the old one?

how can I fix it?

Please try the following, it is likely a network issue on your end.

Unplug modem from power source for 2-3 minutes and then repower it.
Unplug router from power source for 2-3 minutes and then repower it.
Unplug Apple TV from power source for 2-3 minutes and then repower it and retest.

I had to do a factory reset for the second time. Now it seems faster and no lagging so far. Thank you.
