My phone keeps telling me “you account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes”, how can I fixe it

I can’t upgrade anything on my phone. It tells me “ your accounthas been disabled in the App Store and iTunes”, how can I fix this problem?

Contact Apple Support, after reading this support article:--> If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' , and use the following link:--> https://getsupport.apple.com/?caller=kbase&PGF=PGF63005&category_id=SC0245&symptom_id=23362
