Broken back camera lens

Does anyone know how much to fix my back camera lens on my iPhone 12 Pro Max? I’ve never had a problem like this until I got my iPhone 12 Pro Max and had it for not even 2 months and Apple has let me down they say it’s there toughest when that clearly isn’t true since I’ve seen so many people with the same problem they should notice it and fix whatever is going on with it I’ve have had Apple phones for 4 years and never had this happen I’m worried of something getting into the whole from where the chunk of glass came out of if anyone can let me know where I can get this fixed and how much that’ll be very helpful thank you.
