Only one page on the entire Internet stopped working for you?
Then ask the owner of that page.

I have already pointed out that 10.6.8 no longer supports today's encryption, and that you need to upgrade to at least 10.10 Yosemite to use the Internet in a meaningful way..

The yahoo main page says we will be right back engineers are working on it. But it’s been out of order for almost 2 days. However I found that Yahoo other pages like email can still work so only the main page is broken so if you log into theEmail and it will then work.

No changes were made
I can empirically tell you that it’s only the main page that screwed up the email page still works why
