My Watch has been stuck on 1% battery since sunday so for three days. if i put it on charge it says 0% and doesn’t charge. but when i use it it’ll power off for a while and won’t turn on until i charge it but doesn’t go up in battery

and you still need help, then I suggest you make an appointment at the Genius Bar in an Apple Store near you and let them look at it. If that is not possible then use online Apple Support. Either way:
