I dropped my iPhone in water and it won't turn back on. I need to erase my iPhone from find my iPhone but I removed my phone from it already. It says its not erased entirely. What do I do since there's no way in doing it?

Exert of the Water:
Once you exert the water, see if you can proceed form there.
Take it to a Retailer:
The only inexpensive way I can think of(an it will cost money) is to take it to a retailer, seeing if they have a device that gets the water out of a phone. Retailers have these.
Your iPhone has had water damage and it will not turn ON. If it does not turn ON, then there is nothing else that you can do to change anything on it. Liquid damage is permanent. You can just leave the iPhone as is in the non-working condition OR you can get it repaired at the Apple Shop or at an Authorized Service Center.
