How do I fix my built in camera?

My built in camera on my 2017 MacBook Pro hasn't been working for some time now.

Im not able to access Chat support as its out of warranty.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix? I've done all the troubleshooting steps that are listed on the Apple website for this issue.

The indicator light is flashing green - when I google this it says to get support from Apple but not able to do this as live in regional NSW and yeh, COVID.

Please help! Need it for work zoom etc etc.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 11.4
