iCloud Backup blocked by company's profile

On my iPhone 8 most of the iCloud services aren't accessible (backup, photos, notes). The reason I found is that my company's mobile phone fleet admin installed a device profile (under Settings > General > Profiles & Device Management) that says "Backup to iCloud not authorised". Is there any other way to automatically sync my iPhone data and settings to the cloud without uninstalling the configuration profile? Appreciate your help.

As long as the profile restricts those services, you can’t do anything about it. Therefore, there is no way to backup to iCloud. Your company must have reasons for doing this. If it’s a company phone, I would suggest asking the administrator about it.
