Apple TV

Our tv doesn’t recognize that we have a subscription to Apple TV. How do we get our tv to know we have the subscription?

Users will need to sign in to the Apple TV app, through the in-app Settings (sprockets wheel icon), with the Apple ID account that has the subscription.

don't know the first thing about firesticks or the appletv app on them but the subscriptions ties to appleID so be sure to use the one which has the subscription
