my iphone keeps asking me to sign into my Apple id

A couple of days ago after I changed wireless systems, my Apple watch, iPhone, iPad and Mac told me that my Apple ID was being used by a new iPhone that had the same name as my iPhone. I have 2-level authentication, but didn’t get a code. It was weird so I changed my password and signed back in. Today, my Apple Watch, iPhone and Mac said that Apple settings needed to be updated and I needed to sign back in.

What’s going on?

iPhone 8, 14

Read "What to do after [or before] you change your Apple ID [email address] or password" ➔ https://support.apple.com/HT204071 - "After you change your Apple ID email address or password, you might need to update your sign-in information with any Apple services you're using." - Or if you're seeing persistent disabled messages or repeated requests for the password to your previous Apple ID. You may also wish to turn off "Find My" before changing information and turn it on again afterward.
