Receipt for Repaired Mac

I took two MacBook Pro's to an Apple store to be repaired. I need the receipts including the taxes in order to fill out an expense report but I'm not sure where to find it. I called the service number and was told to go to the store for a receipt. The store told me they can't provide a receipt because the laptops were shipped off site for repair. I'm stuck but need to get these expense reports filled out ASAP. Where can I get a receipt?
