Hi,
I am trying to get a receipt with Tax, for a MacBook repair done less than n a week ago.
Neither chatting via iMessage, calling the drop off store nor calling the Hotline (for over 40min) produced a receipt with sales Tax on it. How can that be in 2022?
I am living in California and as far as I know I should have been provided with a Receipt with the charged tax on it. I even asked during drop-off for a proper receipt and was told that I receive on via email.
So what can should I do next???
receipt
If you purchased your Mac from Apple, you can request a receipt from the retail location. Also recommend checking your email for a copy of the receipt. Here’s how to locate the Apple Store and their contact information: Apple Store - Find a Store - Apple Apple Store - Find a Store - Apple
If your purchase was made at the Apple Online Store, please view the section titled “View or Print Invoice” here: Viewing & Changing Orders - Shopping Help - Apple Viewing & Changing Orders - Shopping Help - Apple
If your mac was purchased from an Apple Authorized Reseller, it is recommend contacting them directly for a receipt.
