Notes App with an Excel file embedded - Does not save modification

I saw many people having this issue since 2017 but Apple did not fix it. I have edited the Excel file attached inside the Notes app. After saving the excel file, close it, and also close the Notes app, or maybe even restarted the Macbook, the next time I open again the Excel file, all of my data is missing and I see the old unsaved Excel file version. I have loss so many data and so many times because of this Notes app bug.

There is no way to submit Notes app bug option on the Internet.

Someone please advise. Thanks in advance.

Using:

MacOS BigSur 11.5.2 (20G95)

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 11.5
