Second monitor (HP) for iMac 27 2020 not scaling?

Got a second monitor for my iMac 27" 2020 - HP M27f. It's lower resolution of course (1920x1080) but I can't find a way to scale it to the same scale as my imac. There must be a way??

I'm connecting using USB C to HDMI Cable 4K (uni USB Type C to HDMI Cable(Thunderbolt 3 Compatible) for Home Office, Compatible with iPad Pro 2020, MacBook Pro, Samsung S20)
