An alarm goes off without being set?

Hey guys does anyone know how to deal with an alarm that goes off without being set?? I have an alarm notification that appears at 6am every day. There are days when the notification just appears silently and I get to sleep through it, while there are days when it actually goes off! Yes I’ve checked my Bedtime Schedule and Reminders and all the alarms and apps that can possibly have alarms. None are 6am and I’ve even deleted everything I’ve had, restarted my phone, and it’s still happening. I saw another archived post from last year with the same issue and I’m wondering if anyone has solved it recently? Thanks.

Hello minna102,

Thanks for reaching out to Apple Support Communities. We've reviewed your question and it looks like you have an unknown alarm going off at 6 AM. It's understandable that you'd want this resolved, so allow us to assist with that. That’s definitely unexpected behavior and we appreciate you checking the common causes for the alarm ahead of time. We have a couple questions to help clarify what might be causing this.

When this alarm goes off, is it just a sound or a sound plus a banner alert? Does it give you the standard option to Stop or Snooze, or does it go away on its own? Is your iPhone fully updated, including all apps?

If you have follow-up questions, please let us know. We're here for you. Have a fantastic day!
