Apple Gift Card
Hello, I added a gift card to my account but the credits are less than what i purchased. I purchased a $40 gift card but only $25 were added. What’s going on?

Log out of the iTunes Store, and then back in. If the balance doesn’t correctly update, click here and contact its staff.
