can I add portrait mode depth of field focus to an existing picture?

I have a photograph that I forgot to use portrait mode on. Can I add the depth-of-field focus qualities to a photo already taken by my Iphone 11?

Sorry, no. You would have had to have taken it in portrait mode from the beggining.
