My AirPods are not charge
My AirPods are not turning on and it can’t connect to my device and I don’t no if it charged or not.

Hey Christiane, sorry you’re experiencing this issue.
First, try to remember if you have recently dropped the AirPods or have had liquid come in contact with it, if this is the case then they may be broken. However, if that's not the case please follow the instructions in this article and see if it resolves your issue.
