When I hit the SIM <. It has that it's locked. I think I did but lock when I got my iphone back from someone who took it. Since then I got the number changed. I'm trying to activate under the same carrier but it's still not accepting the sim card. I erased everything and I still can't get it to work .

It has on there under sim locked.
