Overheating iPhone

My iPhone 7+ has been overheating for few days now and when I am on a call it just ends the call and writes temperature.

I have updated my apps deleted app too, done the switching off and allowing the phone cool down, nothing is working

how can I stop this

After iOS13.2.1 my iPhone 7 started to overheat. I was calling someone important. She needed to talk and after 40 minutes the phone was very hot. My phone was so hot that I had to stop the call. What is going on with this overheating. I did not experienced this before, Only after the newest iOS download.
