Why is my iPhone 11 after a phone call becomes unresponsive and overheats

Every time after I made a phone call, my phone becomes unresponsive for at least 10 minutes and overheats. When I try to swipe up to close the phone screen, the behaviour is very unpredictable and often dialled random number in my contact or recent dialled list. And won't respond to a shutdown by pressing the buttons on the sides. This is extremely frustrating and annoying.

Does anyone know how to fix to issue?

If the screen isn't working on your iPhone. ⇠

Update your iPhone. 📲

If that doesn’t work, try a Hard Reset:

  1. Press volume up (quickly)
  2. Press volume down (quickly)
  3. Press and hold the power button until the Apple logo ( ) appears

If that didn’t work, it could be a hardware issue. ⚠️
