Clock Tab missing under System Pref> Date and Time sett> Clock???

Hi Community,

So I've set up Siri to announce time every half an hour and now I wanted to make changes to these settings.

I did search a lot on how to make the changes even though it was me who set this up in the first place I couldn't find it.

Later, when I googled it, it was referenced to go to SP>D&T>Clock? Unfortunately, I cannot find the clock tab under System Pref> Date and Time sett> Clock and is unable to change this time announcement every half an hour.

I'm using M1-MacPro and MacOs BigSur 11.5.2.
